If a user is the subject of three (3) valid and good-faith copyright complaints within a six (6) month period, we reserve the right to terminate that user's access to the platform.
While ScribeFlash may not be strictly subject to U.S. law, we voluntarily comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) principles.
