Short answer

ScribeFlash usage is organized around plan limits such as interviews and transcription minutes. Use Billing to review the active plan and manage subscription actions.

01

What usage means

  • Interview limits control how many interviews can be created under the plan rules.
  • Minute usage is based on interview duration tracked by the research workspace.
  • Some paid plans can offer higher or unlimited limits depending on the active subscription.
  • Usage views are meant to show the current plan, used minutes, and remaining capacity.

02

Manage billing

  1. 1Open Billing from the workspace navigation.
  2. 2Review the active plan and usage overview.
  3. 3Use checkout or the billing portal when you need to subscribe, update payment details, or manage a subscription.
  4. 4Return to Billing after completing payment changes to confirm the current state.

03

When to change plans

Change plans when a project requires more interviews, more transcription minutes, or a workflow that exceeds the current plan limits.
