Short answer

Open Report, run quality checks, mark the report ready, choose TXT, CSV, DOCX, or PDF, then download the export when the job succeeds.

01

Prepare the report

  • Confirm findings before using them in a standard report.
  • Check references and resolve critical citation issues.
  • Hide any sections that should not be included in the final export.
  • Mark the report ready when review is complete.

02

Export the report

  1. 1Open the project and select Report.
  2. 2Choose Export report.
  3. 3Select TXT, CSV, DOCX, or PDF.
  4. 4Wait for the export job to complete.
  5. 5Download the file from export history.

03

If export is disabled

Export controls can be disabled while the report is a draft, while another export is running, or when required review steps are not complete.
