Review and confirm research findings

Turn suggested analysis into reviewed findings with valid support, counter-evidence, limitations, and recommendations.

6 min read

Before you start

  • Generated project analysis
  • Confirmed evidence linked to the project

01

Review a suggested finding

  1. 1Open Analysis and move to Findings.
  2. 2Read the finding title and body alongside its theme, limitations, and recommendation.
  3. 3Open References to inspect support and counter-evidence from the source interviews.
  4. 4Check that each reference supports the exact claim being made.

02

Edit and validate

  • Edit the title or body when the generated wording is too broad or misses important context.
  • Keep limitations explicit when the sample or evidence does not support a general conclusion.
  • Use Validate citations to check the finding references.
  • Use Helpful or Not helpful only as quality feedback; it does not confirm, reject, or change report eligibility.

03

Confirm or reject the finding

  1. 1Confirm a finding only after its wording and references have been reviewed.
  2. 2Reject a finding that is unsupported, duplicated, or outside the research objective.
  3. 3Resolve invalid citations before reporting.
  4. 4Repeat the review until the confirmed set represents the conclusions you are prepared to use in a report.

The standard report workflow requires at least one confirmed finding.
