Short answer
Use the Contact page for support requests. Include the account email, project name, interview or report name, and a clear description of the issue.
01
What to include
- Your account email.
- The project name.
- The interview, transcript, evidence item, finding, or report affected.
- The exact error message or status, if one is visible.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
02
What not to send
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, private payment details, or sensitive raw research excerpts unless support explicitly asks for a safe way to provide them.
03
Where to go
Open the Contact page from the public site or footer. Signed-in users can also include account context from the workspace when reporting a product issue.
