Short answer
Open Projects, choose New project, add a project name and at least one research question, then review retention and glossary settings before creating the workspace.
01
Before you start
A project is the container for interviews, evidence, analysis, findings, and reports. Setting up the project carefully makes later AI analysis easier to review.
- Use a project name that identifies the study or client.
- Write the objective as the decision the research should inform.
- Add research questions that can be answered from interview material.
- Choose original media retention based on your privacy requirements.
- Attach glossary tables when names, brands, acronyms, or specialist terms matter.
02
Create the project
- 1Sign in to ScribeFlash and open Projects.
- 2Select New project.
- 3Enter the project name, objective, and research questions.
- 4Review expected interview count, default language, media retention, and glossary settings.
- 5Create the project. ScribeFlash opens the project workspace when creation succeeds.
03
What to do next
After the project exists, upload interviews from the Interviews area. Once transcripts are ready, review text, create evidence, synthesize analysis, confirm findings, and build the report.
You can adjust project settings later, including research questions, status, glossary tables, language, and retention controls.
